Get back into your Grove account

How to reset your password

  1. Go to the Grove login page at gb1.grove.hr (or your company’s Grove URL)
  2. Click "Forgot password?" below the login form
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Grove account
  4. Check your inbox for an email from noreply@grove.hr with the subject "Reset your password"
  5. Click the reset link in the email — the link is valid for 24 hours
  6. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, must include a number and a letter)
  7. Click "Reset Password" and you’ll be redirected to the login page
  8. Log in with your email and new password

Troubleshooting

I didn’t receive the reset email

Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, make sure you’re entering the exact email address your admin used when adding you to Grove. Some corporate email filters block automated emails — ask your IT team to whitelist noreply@grove.hr. You can request a new reset link after 2 minutes.

The reset link has expired

Reset links expire after 24 hours for security. Go back to the login page and click "Forgot password?" again to request a fresh link.

I’m locked out after too many failed attempts

After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or use the password reset flow to set a new password immediately.

I don’t know which email address I used

Contact your company’s Grove admin — they can see your registered email in People > your profile. If you’re not sure who your admin is, email support@grove.hr with your company name and we’ll help.

I’m an admin and need to reset an employee’s password

Go to People > select the employee > Actions > Reset Password. This sends them a fresh reset email. You cannot see or set passwords directly for security reasons.
