How to reset your password
- Go to the Grove login page at gb1.grove.hr (or your company’s Grove URL)
- Click "Forgot password?" below the login form
- Enter the email address associated with your Grove account
- Check your inbox for an email from noreply@grove.hr with the subject "Reset your password"
- Click the reset link in the email — the link is valid for 24 hours
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, must include a number and a letter)
- Click "Reset Password" and you’ll be redirected to the login page
- Log in with your email and new password
Troubleshooting
I didn’t receive the reset email
Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, make sure you’re entering the exact email address your admin used when adding you to Grove. Some corporate email filters block automated emails — ask your IT team to whitelist noreply@grove.hr. You can request a new reset link after 2 minutes.
The reset link has expired
Reset links expire after 24 hours for security. Go back to the login page and click "Forgot password?" again to request a fresh link.
I’m locked out after too many failed attempts
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or use the password reset flow to set a new password immediately.
I don’t know which email address I used
Contact your company’s Grove admin — they can see your registered email in People > your profile. If you’re not sure who your admin is, email support@grove.hr with your company name and we’ll help.
I’m an admin and need to reset an employee’s password
Go to People > select the employee > Actions > Reset Password. This sends them a fresh reset email. You cannot see or set passwords directly for security reasons.
